Summary
2024 1099 tax forms will be available for download from the CMAP web portal starting January 27, 2025, and will also be mailed the same week. Providers can download forms through their secure portal account, with files retained for 3 years before being removed.
Action Required
By January 27, 2025: Billing team should log into CMAP web portal (www.ctdssmap.com), navigate to Trade Files > download > 1099s, and download the 2024 1099 forms. Save local copies as files will be removed after 3 years. Monitor mail for physical copies arriving the week of January 27th.
