DSS/Medicaid systems will have emergency downtime on Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 12:00 am to 6:00 am. During this time, providers cannot access AVRS, POS, or the ctdssmap.com website for claim processing or prior authorization requests.
Action Required
Before February 23, 2025: Billing team must prepare for 6-hour system downtime by postponing non-urgent Medicaid claim submissions until after 6:00 am. Pharmacy staff should implement established downtime procedures and may dispense 2-day emergency supplies for claims requiring prior authorization at their discretion during the outage.
