Action Required
By August 27, 2025: Home health billing teams must update their usual and customary rates in Sandata/EVV system for T1502 and T1503 codes to new rates ($54.12 standard, $27.06 with TT modifier). For claims already submitted at old rates through EVV, first recoup the claim via web portal or 837 transaction, roll back in EVV, then resubmit. For non-EVV claims, adjust via web portal or 837 transaction. Monitor August 27 Remittance Advice for automatic adjustments.
