Return any unspent SFY 2025 ARPA In-Home Safety Enhancement funds via check made payable to 'The Commissioner of Social Services' with notation 'In-home safety ARPA 9817' and mail to Department of Social Services, Accounts Receivable, 55 Farmington Avenue, Hartford, CT 06105.
