By October 1, 2025: Pharmacy staff must access the updated Preferred Diabetic Supply Product List at www.ctdssmap.com (Home page → Pharmacy Information → Preferred Drug List Information → Diabetic Supplies Preferred Product List) and update Point of Sale system to only submit claims using the preferred NDC numbers listed. Only dispense diabetic supplies with preferred NDCs to Connecticut Medicaid patients. Claims submitted with non-preferred NDCs may be denied.
