Summary
Texas Medicaid will implement new reimbursement rates for long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) procedure codes effective April 1, 2026. TMHP will automatically reprocess affected claims and adjustments will appear in future Remittance and Status reports.

By April 1, 2026: Billing team should access the Long Acting Reversible Contraceptive spreadsheet on TMHP website to review updated reimbursement rates for LARC procedures. Monitor future Remittance and Status (R&S) Reports for automatic claim adjustments. Contact member's specific MCO for managed care administrative procedures.
