Before July 1, 2025: Billing team must download the updated Table 26 from www.ctdssmap.com (Provider > Provider Fee Schedule Download) and update billing system with current covered diagnosis codes for Medical Nutrition Therapy services. Verify all MNT claims use approved diagnosis codes to prevent denials.
