Update provider qualification checks to ensure only BCBAs, LMFTs, LPCs, and LCSWs can bill these codes (not behavior technicians). Modify H0031, H0032 authorization frequencies from 90 days to 6 months. Limit 90791 to one encounter per authorization per provider.
