Summary
Connecticut Medicaid (CMAP) Addendum B Version 26.3 has been updated with new payment rates for outpatient hospital procedures with status indicators G or K, effective October 1, 2025. New, changed, and deleted procedure codes are being updated in the system on October 29, 2025.
Action Required
By October 29, 2025: Billing teams at outpatient hospitals must download the updated CMAP Addendum B V26.3 from www.ctdssmap.com Hospital Modernization page. Review all procedure codes marked with 'G or K' for payment rate changes, 'New' for CMS additions, and 'X' for code or status indicator changes.
