Connecticut HUSKY Health (Medicaid) is changing reimbursement rates for primary care services from 100% to 85% of the 2025 Medicare physician fee schedule, effective retroactive to January 1, 2026. Previously paid claims will be systematically adjusted downward on April 24, 2026.
