Summary
Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) Addendum B V27.1 has been updated with new APC payment rates for outpatient hospital procedures with status indicators G, K, or K1. The updated fee schedule and procedure codes are now effective and available on the CMAP website.

Immediately: Billing team must download the updated CMAP Addendum B V27.1 (PDF and Excel versions) from www.ctdssmap.com Hospital Modernization page. Review all procedure codes with status indicators G, K, or K1 for payment rate changes. Update billing system with new APC payment rates effective April 1, 2026.
