Summary
The Connecticut Medical Assistance Program (CMAP) web portal will require users to select two security questions from a structured drop-down menu instead of free-form questions when resetting passwords. Action Required
Before May 13, 2026: All staff using the CMAP web portal must update their security questions using the new structured format by accessing Account Maintenance in their portal. Master users and administrators should notify all clerks about the new security question requirements and notification system. Ensure all users understand the new password reset process and contact procedures.
