By June 2, 2026: Billing team staff with Master User or Clerk access to Connecticut Medicaid portal should enroll in MFA using either an authenticator app or email verification method. Contact Provider Assistance Center at 1-800-842-8440 for setup questions. Note that MFA will be required for login, password changes, and EFT updates once enrolled.
