Document any changes to prior authorization requirements, billing workflows, reimbursement rates, or documentation standards. Update billing software, encounter forms, and provider alerts accordingly. Coordinate with OB/GYN and procedural areas regarding obstetrical care and esophageal biopsy changes. Failure to implement changes by April 1, 2025 may result in claim denials or payment adjustments.
