Effective August 1, 2026, valoctocogene roxaparvovec-rvox (Roctavian) will be removed from the Texas Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual because the drug is no longer available on the market. Texas Medicaid will no longer cover this medication.
Action Required
By August 1, 2026: Billing team must remove valoctocogene roxaparvovec-rvox (Roctavian) from formulary lists and billing systems for Texas Medicaid patients.
