By November 1, 1998: Billing team must add HCPCS codes 90805 and 90807 to the billing system with their corresponding maximum fee allowances ($19.00/$13.00 for 90805 and $37.00/$26.00 for 90807, depending on provider type). Update the Manual for Physician Services (N.J.A.C. 10:54) Subchapter 9.4 attachment. Ensure providers know these codes are now billable for individual psychotherapy sessions. This change applies to New Jersey Medicaid claims only and is now expired (policy is from December 1998).
