Summary
This policy adds three new pharmaceutical manufacturers to the New Jersey Medicaid and NJ KidCare drug rebate programs: Layton BioScience, Inc. (labeler code 17205), Propst Pharmaceuticals, LLC (labeler code 65581), and Reliant Pharmaceuticals, LLC (labeler code 65726). These manufacturers' drugs are now eligible for rebate program participation effective on their respective dates.
Action Required
Immediately: Pharmacy billing team should verify that pharmaceutical claims from the three newly added manufacturers (Layton BioScience Inc., Propst Pharmaceuticals LLC, and Reliant Pharmaceuticals LLC) are processed correctly under NJ Medicaid and NJ KidCare rebate programs. No system changes are required; this is informational confirmation of manufacturers already communicated via prior Remittance Advice messages. Note that PAAD Drug Rebate program coverage may differ from Medicaid/NJ KidCare coverage.
