New Jersey Medicaid and NJ FamilyCare added two new pharmaceutical manufacturer labeler codes to their drug rebate programs: Xttrium Laboratories (00116) and Berlex Laboratories (11994). This expands the list of covered drug manufacturers for fee-for-service programs.
