Contact any HHA providers whose renewal status is unknown to ensure compliance before the grace period expires. After February 1, 2026, do not process claims from any HHA that has not renewed its license, as failure to renew timely will require those agencies to restart the entire licensing process. Document renewal dates in provider credentialing files for audit purposes.
