By October 3, 2003: Billing team must update all internal records, vendor files, and systems to reflect the new Passaic Medical Assistance Customer Center address (100 Hamilton Plaza, 5th Floor, Paterson, NJ 07505-2021). Update phone contacts to (973) 977-4077 and fax to (973) 684-8182 in billing software and provider directories. Redirect all future Medicaid correspondence, claims submissions, and inquiries for Passaic and Bergen County to the new address. File and retain this alert in the Medicaid Alerts folder (GREEN TAB MARKED '4') for reference.
