By January 1, 2004: Billing team must update pharmacy billing systems to reflect manufacturer labeler code changes for New Jersey Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare patients. Stop billing drugs from 7 deleted manufacturers (including E. Fougera, Delta Pharmaceuticals, RIJ Pharmaceutical, Trigen Laboratories, Nnodum Corporation, Genderm, and Baxter Healthcare). Verify coverage for drugs from 6 newly added manufacturers. Claims for deleted manufacturer drugs will not be reimbursed after the effective date.
