Action Required
By June 1, 2004: Billing team must update system to recognize NJ FamilyCare Plan H (identified by 'H' in Message Field of beneficiary card) as covering family planning services. Ensure all family planning claims for Plan H members are billed to their assigned HMO network only - out-of-network claims will be denied. Continue to exclude infertility treatments and sterilization reversals from coverage.
