Summary
The Middlesex Medical Assistance Customer Center (MACC) relocated effective January 9, 2006. Providers in Middlesex and Union Counties must update contact information for this office. Telephone numbers remain unchanged initially, but a new physical address and leadership contacts are now in effect.
Action Required
By January 9, 2006: Billing team and front desk staff must update all provider contact records and internal documentation to reflect the new Middlesex MACC address (45 Kilmer Rd., Edison, NJ 08817). Update phone directory, referral lists, and prior authorization submission procedures if applicable. Retain this alert chronologically behind the Medicaid Alerts tab in compliance files. Telephone numbers (732) 499-5700 and FAX (732) 572-6739 remain the same. No impact on claim submission or billing processes.
