Summary
New Jersey Medicaid has enhanced the FQHC Payment History Reports by adding 10 disposition code fields and 7 additional error code fields to help FQHCs better analyze claims and make corrections. The enhanced reports will be distributed quarterly on CDs along with summary reports.
Action Required
FQHCs should focus on correcting all claims with status code 3 (denied claims) using the up to 10 error code fields provided. Review error codes on the NJMMIS website at www.njmmis.com under Edit Codes section. Contact Unisys Provider Services at 1-800-776-6334 if training is needed on the enhanced reports.
