Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must verify 3560 eligibility through REVS/MEVS system (1-800-676-6562 or www.njmmis.com) before providing mental health services. Ensure all services are authorized by UCM/CMO/YCM/MRSS entities and included in youth's treatment plan. Contact DCBHS CSA at 1-877-652-7624 if case manager unknown. Only bill for covered mental health/behavioral health services listed in policy - 3560 numbers do NOT provide traditional Medicaid benefits.
