Summary
CareSource has launched HealthPlanResources.com, a provider-facing Learning Management System (LMS) that consolidates all provider education resources, training schedules, and on-demand education in one location. Practice managers can now track, complete, and attest to training completion on behalf of their group to meet annual training requirements.
Action Required
By September 1, 2025: Practice managers and designated staff should register on HealthPlanResources.com to access provider training resources and track annual training completion. Visit CareSource.com > Provider > Training & Events for registration instructions and upcoming events. This is an optional resource to streamline training management; no billing workflow changes are required. Failure to engage does not affect claims processing, but may impact documentation of required training completion.
