Summary
New Jersey Medicaid/FamilyCare now provides acute care hospital providers access to their inpatient managed care claims data via the NJMMIS website. Data includes paid, adjusted, and denied claims in comma-delimited format, updated bi-annually (July and January), containing 12 months of claims and 18-24 months of payments. This is informational access only; no billing workflow changes are required.

No action required. This policy is informational only and provides optional access to claims data. Billing teams may voluntarily access the NJMMIS provider portal (www.njmmis.com) using their provider ID and password to download and review their inpatient managed care claims data for monitoring and reconciliation purposes.
