The Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is hosting a provider webinar on November 14, 2025, to inform Ohio providers about the Next Generation MyCare program launching January 1, 2026. Providers should register and attend to understand program changes, member communication strategies, and necessary operational adjustments before implementation.
Action Required
By November 14, 2025: All Ohio providers should register for and attend the ODM Next Generation MyCare Program Overview webinar (10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. ET) to learn about program changes effective January 1, 2026. After attending, billing and clinical staff must review and implement any necessary workflow or documentation changes related to the Next Generation MyCare program. Providers should review additional resources at https://medicaid.ohio.gov/resources-for-providers/special-programs-and-initiatives/mycareohio/mycare-ohio to understand specific billing, authorization, or member communication requirements that may take effect January 1, 2026.
