Summary
New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is transitioning to a Medicaid fee-for-service billing system through Molina Medicaid Solutions for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving community-based services. Providers must enroll as Medicaid/DDD providers and obtain prior authorization before service delivery.
Action Required
By July 1, 2015: Providers serving adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities must complete combined Medicaid/DDD provider application and send to Molina Medicaid Solutions, P.O. Box 4804, Trenton, N.J. 08650-4804. Obtain National Provider Identifier (NPI) for each service address at https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov/NPPES/Welcome.do. Submit all DDD community-based service claims to Molina Medicaid Solutions using new procedure codes and obtain prior authorization before service delivery. Claims without prior authorization will not be paid.
