Summary
New Jersey providers contracted with NJ FamilyCare managed care organizations must now enroll in the NJ FamilyCare fee-for-service program to comply with the 21st Century Cures Act. This is a one-time enrollment requirement that allows providers to maintain their MCO network participation.
Action Required
New Jersey providers contracted with NJ FamilyCare MCOs who are not currently enrolled in NJFC FFS must submit a completed 21st Century Cures application to Molina Medicaid Solutions. Download application from www.njmmis.com, complete once for all MCO participation, and submit to P.O. Box 4804, Trenton, NJ 08650 or fax to 609-584-1192. Contact 609-588-6036 with questions. Failure to enroll risks termination from MCO provider networks.
