Summary

Immediately: Billing team must update prior authorization requirements in billing system to remove MAT prior auth requirements for OBAT providers. Update staff training materials and encounter forms to reflect that MAT services no longer require prior authorization. Notify providers that they can proceed with MAT services without waiting for authorization approval.
