Summary
New Jersey is requiring re-enrollment for all Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare Fee-For-Service providers. Providers who don't complete re-enrollment will lose their ability to bill these programs.

Immediately: All providers billing Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare Fee-For-Service must complete the re-enrollment process. Contact the NJ MMIS provider enrollment department to obtain re-enrollment forms and deadlines. Failure to re-enroll will result in termination of provider status and inability to bill Medicaid claims.
