By July 1, 2021: Billing team must update billing system to replace old NJ FamilyCare codes with new CMS G codes: H0020HF26 becomes G2067, H0033HF26 becomes G2068, and 90792HF becomes G2076. Update encounter forms and billing software rules for all OTP services. Claims using old codes after July 1 may be denied.
