Action Required
By January 1, 2022: Billing team must update system to terminate Y3433 (chiropractor initial visit) and replace the following codes - 99201 with 99202, W9025 (Healthstart antepartum) with 99202 HD or 99202 HD SB, and Y7633 (teen family planning) with 99202 FP 22. Update encounter forms and train staff on new code mappings for New Jersey Medicaid claims.
