New Jersey requires providers of Intensive-In-Home Behavioral services to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) through HHAeXchange system for claims processing. Bundled codes CSC30-CSC34 are temporarily exempt and continue billing through Gainwell while HHAeXchange develops a solution.

For all other IIH-B services using codes H2015, H2016, T2021, H0031, 96158, 96159, S9125 - must add members, schedule visits, and confirm visits in HHAeXchange Portal before billing.
