Action Required
By January 31, 2025: Providers must log into the CareSource Provider Maintenance page, select their plan type and state (Ohio), and verify/update all demographic information on file including office locations, phone numbers, specialties, and provider status. Front desk or administrative staff should confirm accuracy of current information. Billing team should note that outdated provider data may cause claims processing delays and prior authorization request rejections.
