Immediately: Front desk staff must educate all Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare patients to update their mailing address by calling 1-800-701-0710 and respond to all eligibility renewal mail. Download and post materials from nj.gov/humanservices/dmahs/staycoverednj/toolkit/ in waiting areas. Consider joining NJHIN for monthly disenrollment alerts. Failure to act may result in patients losing Medicaid coverage.
