Summary
Missouri Medicaid providers must keep their addresses current or face claim suspension. If mail is returned as undeliverable, providers' claims will be suspended for 180 days, then denied if no address update is submitted.
Action Required
Immediately: All providers must ensure their address is current with Missouri Medicaid Provider Enrollment Unit (PEU) at MMAC. If address has changed, submit Provider Update Request form within 90 days of the change. If enrollment is already inactive due to returned mail, write 'RETURNED MAIL' in upper right corner of form. Failure to update address will result in claim suspension for 180 days, followed by claim denials.
