Summary
MO HealthNet Division now allows behavioral health providers to access CyberAccess electronic precertification system starting December 19, 2014. Providers can view patient health records, precertification history, diagnosis history, and submit precertification requests electronically.

Behavioral health providers should register for CyberAccess training by calling (888) 581-9797 or (573) 632-9797, or emailing CyberAccessHelpdesk@xerox.com. Review Provider Bulletin dated October 31, 2014 Volume 37, Number 06 for detailed guidance on using the electronic precertification system.
