Use only codes listed in updated Behavioral Health Services Manual sections 13.24.B, 13.25.A, 18.2, and 18.3. For EPSDT/HCY screening services, ensure primary diagnosis is Z00110, Z00111, Z00121, or Z00129. Claims with non-compliant diagnosis codes will be denied for reimbursement.
