MO HealthNet (Missouri Medicaid) has moved Provider Education staff to the Clinical Services Unit and established new contact methods for billing training requests. Providers should now call (573) 751-6963 or email mhd.provtrain@dss.mo.gov for training on proper billing methods and procedures.

Immediately: Update contact information for MO HealthNet billing training requests. Replace old contact method with new phone number (573) 751-6963 and email mhd.provtrain@dss.mo.gov. Continue using (573) 751-2896 for claim filing issues, denials, and eligibility questions. When requesting training, include Provider Name, NPI, reason for inquiry, and type of training needed.
