Summary
MO HealthNet is conducting mandatory webinar trainings for providers regarding the statewide expansion of Managed Care effective May 1, 2017. Four training sessions are scheduled in February and March 2017 to help providers understand billing and operational changes related to this transition.
Action Required
By March 30, 2017: Billing team and providers must attend one of the four scheduled webinar trainings (Feb 22, Feb 28, Mar 9, or Mar 30 from 9-11 AM) to understand MO HealthNet Managed Care changes. Register through the Provider Education page or contact MHD.PROVTRAIN@dss.mo.gov. Failure to attend training may result in billing errors and claim denials when Managed Care expands statewide on May 1, 2017.
