Summary
Missouri Medicaid has changed the email address for submitting Managed Care Organization (MCO) enrollment discrepancy inquiries. Billing teams must stop sending TPL-4 forms to the old cost recovery email and instead use the new MCO communications email address.
Action Required
Immediately: Update billing team procedures to send all MCO enrollment discrepancy inquiries to MHD.MCCOMMUNICATIONS@DSS.MO.GOV instead of mhd.costrecovery@dss.mo.gov. Do not send TPL-4 Insurance Report forms to the old email address. Update internal documentation and train staff on the new email address for enrollment issues.
