Summary
Effective October 1, 2022, residential and treatment foster care providers must submit comprehensive community support (CCS) rehab per diem claims to either Show Me Healthy Kids (managed by Home State Health) or MO HealthNet Division fee-for-service, depending on individual coverage. Providers must enroll with Missouri Medicaid Audit and Compliance and contract with SMHK to receive reimbursement.
Action Required
By October 1, 2022 (PAST DUE): Residential and treatment foster care providers must: 1) Enroll with Missouri Medicaid Audit and Compliance (MMAC) at https://mmac.mo.gov, 2) Contract with Show Me Healthy Kids through Home State Health at https://www.homestatehealth.com/providers/join-our-network.html, 3) Begin submitting CCS rehab per diem claims to SMHK or MHD fee-for-service based on individual coverage, 4) Attend SMHK training webinars for claim submission. Failure to enroll/contract will result in loss of reimbursement.
