Summary

The Missouri Department of Social Services launched the Rural Citizens Access to Telehealth (RCAT) project, offering funding, equipment, education and training opportunities for rural Missouri providers who accept Medicaid patients and provide primary care or behavioral health services. This is a partnership program between Missouri Telehealth Network and MO HealthNet to expand telehealth access in rural areas.
