Action Required

Action needed
By May 4, 2026: Billing and clinical staff should review CareSource's cultural competency resources available at HealthPlanResources.com and propio.com/welcome-caresource-providers/. Ensure front-desk and patient-facing staff are aware that language interpretation services (telephone, face-to-face, sign language, TTY/relay) are available at no cost and can be requested through Member and Provider Services or the 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line. Front-desk staff should note that interpreter requests require 3 business days' advance notice and cancellations require 24 hours' notice. This is an informational and compliance requirement; no billing code changes or claim submission modifications are needed.
