Summary
HCBS providers may have received miscellaneous (MIS) coded payments in May 2023 for Value Based Incentive Payments from both DHSS (for Electronic Visit Verification compliance) and DMH DD (for nine approved value-based incentives). These are legitimate incentive payments that providers should expect to see on their remittance advice.
