MO HealthNet has redesigned all provider manuals effective 09/01/2023, moving them to the MHD website and separating general sections into a standalone manual. Providers must now reference two manuals: their program-specific manual and the new General Sections Manual for cross-program information.

Immediately: Update bookmarks and reference materials to use the new MHD website for provider manuals instead of the Wipro website. Billing team should familiarize themselves with the new two-manual structure (program-specific manual plus General Sections Manual) and email Ask.MHD@dss.mo.gov to report any outdated information during Phase II updates.
