Summary

Missouri Medicaid (MO HealthNet) has launched a new Diabetes Prevention Program for eligible adults at risk for Type-2 diabetes. Providers who want to bill for these CDC-recognized prevention services need to obtain a separate provider number (Provider Type 37) to submit claims for DPP services.
