MO HealthNet has added a new toll-free number (833) 222-7916 for providers to access eligibility verification, claim information, and other support services. This provides an alternative to the existing (573) 751-2896 number and the eMOMED portal for provider communications.

Immediately: Update office contact lists and staff reference materials to include the new toll-free MO HealthNet Provider Communications number (833) 222-7916. Train staff that they will need the provider's NPI when calling and can use the 6-option IVR system for eligibility, claims, and enrollment questions.
